Agriculture Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations: planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
• Assign duties to field workers and ensure teamwork & efficiency.
• Monitor plant health, detect pests/diseases, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure irrigation systems, machinery, and tools are maintained and operational.
