Job Summary
RH Guesthouse is hiring an energetic Dishwasher to join the kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining kitchen cleanliness, supporting chefs with daily tasks, and ensuring all equipment and service areas are ready for guests. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable, and works well in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the executive chef, sous chef, and kitchen team with daily operational tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas
- Execute assigned cleaning and dishwashing tasks accurately and on time
- Assist with kitchen setup and break down for service as requested
- Handle basic ingredient preparation and care for kitchen equipment
- Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver consistent service quality
Requirements
- Minimum one year of related hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred
- High energy, accountable, and a strong team player
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to make sound decisions and work independently when required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels of kitchen staff
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift
