Job Overview

D•Engage is hiring a Technical Support Advisor for its Lahore based Technical and Client Services team. This role is responsible for supporting new clients during onboarding, resolving technical queries, and ensuring smooth use of the platform. The position requires hands on troubleshooting experience and the ability to communicate technical concepts in an understandable and friendly way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client technical queries
  • Provide clear, professional, and easy to understand solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues related to API calls, usability errors, imports, exports, and campaign creation
  • Take part in client onboarding sessions to ensure proper technical setup
  • Work closely with account managers to handle escalated or complex issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the Level 2 technical support team when needed
  • Document issues, collect technical information, and ensure accurate case handling

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, integration, or client facing tech roles
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work with diverse clients and cross functional teams
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and propose solutions quickly
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and HTML is required
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred
  • Strong command of English is mandatory
