Job Responsibilities:
- Design level content for word puzzle games that match preferences of European and North American players.
- Conduct research and analysis on casual and word puzzle games in the United States market, then adjust design based on trends and user feedback.
- Assist operations team with localization support including language tasks when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Native English speaker, preference for candidates from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.
- Strong passion for casual games with experience playing at least two casual titles. Familiarity with word games is required.
- Good execution and communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
Work Arrangement:
- Full time on site in Shenzhen or Hangzhou preferred.
- Remote part time is acceptable with ten to twenty working hours per week.
- Candidate must be based in China or in a similar time zone such as Saudi Arabia.
