The Learning and Development Executive will support training operations under the Gain City Learning Academy.
This includes planning, coordinating and implementing programmes that build employee capability and support organisational success.
Job Responsibilities
Training Coordination
- Support full cycle coordination of training programmes under the Learning Academy.
- Manage schedules, attendance, logistics and record keeping.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of all learning activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with business units to understand training needs.
- Align learning initiatives with company objectives.
- Liaise with external providers, institutions and government agencies for grants and funding.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate training records as required by ISO and audit standards.
- Prepare reports and update databases when needed.
- Assist in reviewing and improving Learning Academy SOPs.
Learning Culture Development
- Support onboarding sessions and internal workshops.
- Promote continuous learning across the organisation.
- Recommend new tools, methods and resources to enhance development.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum two years of experience in Learning and Development or Training Administration.
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture frameworks and grants like SSG, e2i and WSQ is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organised and detail oriented with good project management skills.
- Able to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
