Job Responsibilities
Basic Research Support
- Conduct simple desktop research and background studies.
- Create basic online survey forms to collect insights for planning and development.
- Support transformation and operational improvement work through research inputs.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Use Microsoft Office and other tools to compile and analyze data.
- Prepare clear summaries and presentations based on research findings.
- Identify trends and highlight areas that require improvement.
Project Coordination
- Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with stated requirements.
- Coordinate progress updates for transformation initiatives.
Administrative and Logistics Support
- Support meeting preparations including agendas and materials.
- Help collect information across different teams.
- Manage venue bookings, refreshments, attendance lists, and printing needs.
Documentation and Knowledge Management
- Maintain organized Knowledge Management repositories.
- Ensure proper storage of planning documents and reference materials.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business, Public Policy or any related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and research abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
- Confident communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Able to work independently and also collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Experience
- Research, admin or project coordination experience is an advantage but not required.
Contract Information
- Duration: 6 months, extendable based on performance and project needs.
