About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations across the organisation. You will own compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, HR workflows, compliance, and employee engagement. This role suits a hands on HR leader who can design processes, drive policy, and partner with business leaders to build a strong culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits structures aligned with business goals
- Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid term reviews, calibration, and evaluation
- Drive employee relations, engagement programs, and culture building activities
- Manage end to end recruitment for key roles, and support workforce planning
- Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit processes
- Develop and improve HR workflows such as leave management and travel approvals
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and prepare documentation for audits
- Plan and execute internal events, training, and team building initiatives
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum five years experience in HR management with exposure to compensation, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience building or optimising HR policies and processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred
