Monitoring & Evaluation Expert at FACE Key Qualifications:
- MSc/BS in Agriculture, Rural Development, Environmental Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven M&E experience in development, agriculture, or environment sectors
- Willingness to travel for field monitoring
- Strong analytical, training, and report-writing skills
FACE is looking for an experienced M&E professional to:
- Lead field-based monitoring and evaluation of FACE’s agriculture and climate resilience initiatives.
- Develop M&E tools, frameworks, and performance reports.
- Train field teams on M&E practices, data collection, and reporting standards
- Ensure project progress is measured effectively for learning and improvement
