Job Description
We are seeking applications for the position of System Administrator Microsoft. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and server hardware
- Manage server roles and features including Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DNS, DHCP, File Services, and Print Services
- Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Administer Active Directory including user and group management, group policy management, and domain controller configuration
- Ensure the security and integrity of Active Directory with access controls, auditing, and password policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related issues such as authentication and replication problems
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for Microsoft environments
- Test backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and readiness
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect Microsoft systems and infrastructure
- Install security patches, updates, and hotfixes to mitigate security risks
Required Skills
- Microsoft CRM Command, System Software Analysis, Microsoft Operating Systems
- Active Directory administration and group policy management
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server management
- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
- Security patching and vulnerability management
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
